Question 1

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

You pay 19.99€ a month, VAT included, on the same day each month you first subscribed. Tebex handles the payment and the renewal.

Question 2

How do I cancel, and what happens then?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any time with the Manage Subscription button in the Tebex email you get after subscribing, at least one day before your renewal date. You keep every script until the end of the month you already paid for. After that the scripts stop running on your server, because they are escrow protected.

Question 3

Where do the scripts show up?

Accepted Answer

In your Cfx.re Portal under Granted Assets, a few minutes after you subscribe. Download them there like any other purchase.

Question 4

What about scripts I already bought?

Accepted Answer

They stay yours forever. R+ never touches a script you bought on its own, and cancelling R+ doesn't take it away.

Question 5

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

No. Like every purchase of escrow protected scripts, R+ payments are not refundable. You can cancel at any time so the next month is never charged.
