Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the acquired assets on any server associated with your Cfx.re Portal account, unless specified otherwise. Redistribution, sale, or sharing of the product with others without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any purchases made through our platform. All transactions are final.

R+ is a monthly subscription that gives you every paid R-Scripts script, and every new paid script on its release day, for as long as the subscription is active. It renews automatically each month through Tebex until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: no further payments are taken, and your access continues until the end of the month you already paid for. When the subscription ends, the scripts received through R+ stop working on your server, because they are delivered as escrow-protected assets. Scripts you bought on their own are not affected. Subscription payments are not refunded.

Upon receiving the product, you assume full responsibility for its use. You may use the purchased assets on servers linked to your Cfx.re Portal account. However, selling server license keys or sharing them with other users for the purpose of using our scripts is prohibited. We are not liable for any scam-related incidents, procurement of the wrong framework version, or unwanted scripts.

We may occasionally release updates to our products to address bugs, introduce new features, or enhance compatibility. While we do not guarantee major feature additions, we try to ensure our scripts meet your requirements. Support is available through Discord, covering issues directly related to our scripts. However, we do not provide assistance with general programming concepts or third-party scripts.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services and products without prior notice if you violate these terms of service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
