Question 1

Do you provide support for the scripts after purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every paid script comes with ongoing support. Jump into our Discord community for quick assistance from our team and other server owners.

Question 2

Can I customize your scripts to fit my server?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every option is customizable in each script's config file, and the locale and integration files stay open for edits. The core logic is escrow-protected. If you need something beyond that, reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.

Question 3

How are my purchased assets delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every R-Scripts purchase is delivered via the Cfx.re Portal. That means instant delivery on checkout, every new version in your Portal account as soon as we release it, and escrow protection on every file.

Question 4

Does R-Scripts have a refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We don't offer refunds or exchanges on digital products once a script is delivered through the Cfx.re Portal, so it's yours. If something isn't working or you need help, reach out on Discord and we'll make it right.

Question 5

Can I request custom scripts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We take on a limited number of custom builds each month. Open a ticket on Discord or email us with your requirements and we'll come back with a quote and delivery estimate within 48 hours.

Question 6

How often do you release new scripts?

Accepted Answer

We aim to release new scripts every 1-2 months so the catalog keeps growing. Existing scripts get free updates in between: bug fixes, performance passes and new features.

Question 7

Which FiveM frameworks do you support?

Accepted Answer

QBCore, ESX, QBox, and Standalone. Most scripts come with builds for all four. See the framework badges on each product card for the specific compatibility list.

Question 8

What is Cfx.re asset escrow and why does it matter?

Accepted Answer

Asset escrow is the protection layer Cfx.re provides for FiveM scripts. The script files are encrypted on your server and only run via your Cfx.re Portal account, so the source can't be redistributed.
