R_Billing is a full rebuild of the classic R-Scripts billing system, re-engineered in React with custom menus — no clunky list menus. Police, EMS, mechanics or any job can bill nearby players, players pay or track overdue invoices in one clean panel, and bosses run the whole company's billing in-game.
Key features
Works on every framework. ESX, QBCore, QBX (Qbox) and Standalone — auto-detected, no bridge resources. The old version was ESX-only; this one runs anywhere.
One custom panel, three roles. A single key opens a modern panel whose tabs adapt to the player: My Bills for everyone, Send Bill for working jobs, and Company for bosses.
Premade & custom bills. Send multi-select invoice templates with a running total, or build a one-off custom bill with its own amount, title and expiry.
Boss & company management. Bosses create, edit and delete templates in-game, monitor every outstanding and paid bill, and see collected vs outstanding totals at a glance.
Fair overdue handling. Bills are never force-charged. Past their expiry they simply show as OVERDUE and remind the player — they always pay manually.
Company money, your way. Paid bills credit the job's society fund, with built-in support for common banking resources and a one-function override to wire any banking script you use.
5+ notification types. ox_lib, ESX, QBCore, okok, Quasar, CodeSign — or "auto" to match your framework. Add your own in one open file.
Advanced logging. Discord webhook or ox_lib logger, with full player identifiers on every action.
Multi-language. Built on the ox_lib locale system — comes with English and Finnish, and you can add your own languages easily.
Currency your way. Choose the symbol, whether it sits before or after the amount, and the thousands separator.
Auto-updater. A console notice the moment a new version releases.
Made to customize
A single, heavily-commented config.lua controls everything — framework, currency, allowed jobs, boss grade, commands & keybind, premade templates, overdue reminders, notifications and logs. Company banking and notifications live in small, open files you can wire to your own resources.
